EB-4 Visa - "Special Immigrants/Religious Workers"

"Special immigrants" describes a small, heterogeneous group of people who may immigrate into the U.S. due to political or moral reasons.

This group includes:

  • foreign employees of the U.S. government
  • former employees of the Panama Canal Company
  • religious workers

Since the first two groups are very small, the following will refer solely to religious workers.
