Rules of the game and participation conditions

Eligibility

The online USA quiz by Green-Card.com is protected by copyright. Other websites are welcome to link to the quiz, but integration on other pages is forbidden.

Employees of The American Dream USA Services GmbH and their immediate family members and relatives are not eligible to play. Legal action is excluded.

If there is the suspicion of technical manipulation, the American Dream reserves the right to exclude certain participants from the winning process.

German nationals may play this English language quiz, but cannot claim any prizes. If you are a German national, please play the German version at www.americandream.de/usa-quiz

Rules

The quiz contains 350 questions, which have to be answered within 10 seconds each. The highest score of each correctly answered question is 10 points. With each second, the possible score decreases one point. The maximum score for the whole quiz is 3500 points. If three questions are answered incorrectly or not within the time limit of 10 seconds, the game is over and the score will be added to the high score list.

Before playing the game, all participants have to register with a valid e-mail address. The registration is free of charge. The e-mail addresses are only used for internal purpose, for example to send notification to the winners. No data will be given to third parties .

Terms and winner notification

Each quiz period runs from 6-9 months. The last day of play for the current quiz period is June 30th, 2010. When the game period is finished, winners will be informed via e-mail. If the winners do not reconfirm their correct address within 2 weeks, a new winner will move up automatically.

All registered participants will stay registered, even if the game period is finished, but the high score data will be reset after each quiz period. Winners can participate again in the following game period, but they will be excluded from the winning process.

Prizes

All participants who win a free registration for the green card application are responsible themselves, to fulfill all the prerequisites, which are necessary for a successful application.

Prices can only be given to third parties, if THE AMERICAN DREAM agrees on that.

The prices for the current quiz period until 30.06.2010 are:

1st - 3rd place : All-Inclusive GreenCard Package (worth up to € 105,-)

4th - 7th place: Basic GreenCard Package (worth up to € 55,-)

8th - 10th place € 25 Discount on any Greencard Package
